At Skin Stash, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened skincare or haircare products
Wigs or hair pieces that have been worn or altered
Sale or final sale items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@skinstash.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
